CONFIGURATION

Mobile explosives handling equipment is typically purpose designed to suit a clients particular requirements. However fundamental to most units produced incorporate the following features:

• Load scale mounted, hydraulically powered agitator
• On board diesel oil dosing tank
• Diesel oil batching monitoring
• Discharge chutes with electronic batch discharge controller
• All equipment typically but not necessarily driven by the vehicle PTO

MULTI-PURPOSE MOBILE EXPLOSIVES HANDLING EQUIPMENT

Typically mobile explosives slurry handling equipment require a more complex configuration to cater for both chute discharge as per above as also

• Downhole batching pumping
• Hydraulically powered overhead hose reel and associated boom

CONTROLS

All controls are typically within a single in-cab enclosure for one man overall operation, and featuring:

• Proportional speed and direction controls suit product pump, agitator, reel etc
• LCD Diesel oil batch quantity
• LCD product pump output monitoring
• Load scale readout
• Discharge chute elevation and rotation control
• Reel and boom extend/retract control
